Refeloe Mashele graduated from Mangosuthu University of Technology in 2014 with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering. She currently completed her B-Tech Degree in Construction Management Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology 2018. She has 8 years’ work experience. She has worked as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager, Design Technician, Application of the GCC 2015 and Client Advisor and arbitration experience. Her key performance areas are as follows:

- Management support to Department of Water and Sanitation on local government support in thewater sector
